The Senior HR Business Partner aligns HR strategies with business operations, advises leaders on workforce planning, engagement, performance, retention, and employee relations, and coordinates support across HR functions. The role analyzes workforce metrics, guides policy implementation, supports investigations and compliance, leads HR projects, mentors HR staff, and maintains on-site relationships across multiple Massachusetts locations.

Lead and oversee a residential program supporting adults with disabilities and brain injuries. Responsibilities include coordinating person-centered services, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance, managing staff hiring and development, overseeing documentation and finances, maintaining staffing coverage, supporting individual goals, and participating in emergency and rotating on-call coverage.
