Leads a CNC programming team supporting custom sheet metal fabrication. Oversees programming workloads, reviews CNC programs and nesting layouts, ensures manufacturability and accuracy, troubleshoots production issues, establishes standards, and supports continuous improvement. Partners with Engineering, Production, Project Management, and Shop Leadership on fabrication requirements, equipment capabilities, tolerances, and project timelines. The role requires hands-on CNC programming and sheet metal manufacturing expertise combined with technical team leadership.
