Own a new data product area end to end, including strategy, roadmap, delivery, team leadership, opportunity sizing, commercial cases, and performance. Lead cross-functional engineers, analysts, designers, and data specialists to launch and scale customer-facing data products. The role requires 0-to-1 product development experience, strong qualitative and quantitative analysis, business judgment, technical fluency, and comfort working autonomously in a fast-moving environment.

Own a portfolio of 45–50 scaled accounts, driving product adoption, value realization, retention, renewals, and growth. Use customer health, product usage, engagement, and commercial data to prioritize interventions. Deliver scalable programs, webinars, training, and targeted business reviews while managing renewal forecasts and expansion opportunities. Partner cross-functionally with Implementation, Support, Sales, Product, and Engineering, and help improve Bambuser’s scaled Customer Success model through automation, AI, workflows, and portfolio insights.

Lead rapid, low-cost growth experiments across product, marketing, and revenue to lower CAC and drive self-serve and demo-led conversions. Own hypothesis design, execution, tracking, automation, and handoffs for scalable channels. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and RevOps to turn winning tests into repeatable workflows and measurable revenue impact.
