Own the top of the sales funnel by identifying companies likely to hire offshore staff, building targeted lead lists, detecting buying signals, and conducting multichannel outreach. Qualify prospects, book high-quality meetings, maintain accurate CRM records, and report funnel metrics. The role requires autonomous pipeline development, creative prospecting, consistent target ownership, and collaboration with sales leadership to convert opportunities into staffing and BPO clients.
