Lead end-to-end product design for Bamboo Invest, shaping user journeys and product direction across mobile and web. Translate user needs, business goals, and technical constraints into polished experiences through discovery, wireframing, prototyping, UI design, delivery, and iteration. Collaborate with product and engineering teams, use data and experimentation to guide decisions, scale the design system, and raise design quality across the product.

Lead IT infrastructure auditing, technical compliance, identity and access governance, endpoint management, zero-trust architecture, risk assessments, incident response, and business continuity planning. Partner with engineering, legal, and compliance teams to maintain secure, resilient systems aligned with SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA, and fintech regulations. Oversee compliance tooling, asset lifecycle governance, policies, monitoring, and remediation while mentoring engineers and supporting scalable infrastructure with 99.9% uptime.
