Leads client web and mobile application projects, managing product priorities, project plans, timelines, deliverables, risks, and performance metrics. Serves as the primary client contact, translates requirements into engineering and design tasks, coordinates cross-functional teams, and improves development, maintenance, and release processes. Ensures client satisfaction, resource alignment, and delivery against business objectives.

Coordinates and attends soccer, music, concert, corporate, and community events. Manages logistics including setup, scheduling, equipment, and onsite execution while supporting marketing, client outreach, operational improvements, expense tracking, billing, reporting, and management updates. Requires strong organization, communication, flexibility, local travel, and comfort representing multiple brands at diverse events.

Build and maintain full-stack web and mobile applications, backend APIs, and scalable frontends. Develop with Ruby on Rails, Node.js, React, Next.js, TypeScript, React Native, and Flutter. Integrate third-party services, manage AWS, Vercel, and Docker deployments, and optimize performance, scalability, and security. Participate in architecture discussions, technical planning, and code reviews while collaborating with strategists on client and internal products.

Leads the design, development, launch, and scaling of equitable ventures, including cooperatives, employee-owned organizations, and community-driven businesses. Builds business models, go-to-market strategies, operational plans, funding pathways, and venture-building systems. Coordinates founders, researchers, community partners, and foundation teams while tracking financial and social impact metrics across a portfolio of ventures.

Leads the Foundation’s strategy, operations, programs, ventures, fundraising, partnerships, team development, governance, and impact measurement. The Executive Director translates the Founder’s vision into measurable outcomes, oversees multiple entities, builds scalable systems, represents the organization publicly, and advances innovative economic equality, ownership, and wealth-building initiatives.
