Generate new business for apprenticeship and workforce training solutions by prospecting, nurturing leads, building stakeholder relationships, conducting consultative sales, creating tailored proposals, and closing opportunities. Maintain accurate CRM pipeline records, use social selling and sales intelligence tools, meet monthly placement and meeting targets, and represent the company’s value proposition to SME customers.

Own Baltic's social, email and internal communications channels: plan and publish social content, build and optimise email campaigns, ensure consistent brand voice and editorial quality, coordinate creative production, and activate partnerships and memberships. Work cross-functionally to improve engagement, support demand-generation, and maintain internal comms and templates, reporting on performance and recommending improvements.

Lead quality improvement across designated apprenticeship routeways, overseeing teaching, learning, assessment and End Point Assessment readiness. Conduct observations, portfolio sampling and verification, develop improvement plans, deliver staff coaching and standardisation, analyse quality data, support Ofsted readiness, and report quality intelligence to drive outstanding learner outcomes.

Student placement supporting the marketing team with content creation, social media, email campaigns, marketing automation (HubSpot), graphics, campaign planning, reporting and brand consistency while learning practical digital marketing skills.
