Own QA strategy and execution across a portfolio of published games. Manage external FQA, CQA, LQA, and compatibility vendors, including scopes, SOWs, budgets, schedules, and performance. Coordinate testing with external developers, review and prioritize defects, verify fixes, support certification, and make quality risk and ship decisions. Create scalable QA documentation, test plans, workflows, and reporting while providing hands-on testing and gameplay feedback when needed.
