Provides technical leadership across four international marine infrastructure projects from tender through delivery. Leads engineering solutions for breakwaters, quay walls, jetties, piling, marine operations, and heavy lifts; manages technical risks, constructability, execution methods, and project phasing. Oversees the X-bloc production and placement chain, mentors project engineers, coordinates technical work across sites, and drives engineering process improvements and best practices.

Leads technical engineering across international marine infrastructure projects from tender through execution. Develops construction methods for breakwaters, quay walls, jetties, X-bloc placement and heavy piling; coordinates designers, suppliers, subcontractors and clients; manages technical risks involving waves, tides, soil and marine operations; supports tendering, quality and constructability; and coaches junior project engineers. The role involves rotation between projects in the Caribbean and Germany.
