Review and sign off tax returns, manage CGT, Trust IHT, TRS and CRS reporting, liaise with HMRC and advisers, handle complex client relationships, oversee workflow, billing and team development, and support business development and technical marketing.

Lead and manage audit assignments for SMEs, groups and larger companies. Act as main client contact, plan and complete on-site audits, mentor trainees and junior staff, ensure accurate timely delivery, and support business development activities.

Lead end-to-end NetSuite ERP implementations: run workshops, gather requirements, configure NetSuite, manage data migrations and integrations, test and go-live, deliver training, and provide post-implementation support while contributing to solution design and pre-sales.

Support recruiters by sourcing and engaging candidates via LinkedIn and job boards, building talent pipelines, screening and coordinating interviews, maintaining CRM records, supporting business development, and ensuring a great candidate and client experience while working hybrid from the Worcester office.

Plan and execute marketing campaigns across social media and email; create copy and recruitment content; manage LinkedIn and Instagram; support events; track and report campaign performance; use CRM and marketing platforms to support business development and brand initiatives.
