Leads the Private Client and Trust Services team, overseeing personal and trust tax compliance, reviewing returns, and delivering advice on trusts, inheritance tax, capital gains tax, offshore trusts, and international matters. Supports business development, technical marketing, and department growth while maintaining strong utilisation and recovery performance.

Entry-level trainee accounting role supporting year-end accounts, corporation and personal tax, bookkeeping, VAT returns, and client compliance work. The position offers ACA study support, practical experience across multiple accounting services, and progression through increasing responsibility and client interaction. Candidates should have a degree or equivalent, strong numeracy, attention to detail, communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work across Worcester and Droitwich offices.

Manage a portfolio of business clients delivering accounting, tax and advisory services. Act as primary client contact, review statutory accounts and tax returns, lead meetings, coordinate bookkeeping/VAT/management accounting, monitor WIP and profitability, support onboarding and fee proposals, identify cross-sell opportunities, and lead and mentor junior staff while championing technology and continuous improvement.

Lead and manage audit assignments for SMEs, groups and larger companies. Act as main client contact, plan and complete on-site audits, mentor trainees and junior staff, ensure accurate timely delivery, and support business development activities.

The Tax Senior will manage a client portfolio, provide tax compliance services, advise on tax matters, and support managers with tax planning, while mentoring junior team members.

Plan and execute marketing campaigns across social media and email; create copy and recruitment content; manage LinkedIn and Instagram; support events; track and report campaign performance; use CRM and marketing platforms to support business development and brand initiatives.

Lead end-to-end NetSuite ERP implementations: run workshops, gather requirements, configure NetSuite, manage data migrations and integrations, test and go-live, deliver training, and provide post-implementation support while contributing to solution design and pre-sales.

Provide bookkeeping and outsourced finance support for a portfolio of SMEs: process invoices, reconciliations, VAT returns, month-end and management accounts, resolve queries, use Xero and cloud accounting systems, and support continuous improvement while studying toward professional qualifications.
