The role also handles compliance communications, risk escalation, documentation, process improvements, and accurate reporting in a deadline-driven environment.

Supports attorneys on multifamily commercial real estate financings by reviewing title, survey, zoning, and due diligence materials; coordinating with title companies, surveyors, and vendors; preparing closing checklists, transaction documents, legal search summaries, abstracts, and UCC filings; and managing post-closing follow-up. The hybrid role requires commercial real estate experience, strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with office, document management, and time-keeping software.
