Teams at Ballad Group

Coordinate and deliver Ballad's events and community engagement across Alberta: manage logistics, vendor relations, communications, content capture, tracking, and regional support to build employer, partner, alumni, and stakeholder relationships.

Build and maintain employer partnerships, secure participant job placements and work experiences, coach participants on resumes and interviews, conduct placement check-ins, represent the FSCL program at events, and track employment outcomes to ensure at least 70% retention at 90 days.

Lead and improve Ballad's COR-certified Health & Safety program, ensure Alberta OHS compliance, administer SiteDocs, deliver training, chair the Joint Health & Safety Committee, manage incidents and investigations, maintain documentation and audit readiness, conduct inspections, and collaborate with leaders across multi-site operations. Part-time (40-60 hrs/month) based in Edmonton or Calgary with occasional Alberta travel.
