The Business Development Director develops and executes strategies to secure construction project opportunities, manages client and industry relationships, supports proposals and presentations, analyzes market trends, and leads business development initiatives. The role mentors business development staff, represents the company at industry events, supports strategic planning, and contributes to customer, community, and employee development. Travel to client offices and meeting sites is required.

Provides accounting and administrative support for construction projects from startup through closeout. Manages project accounting, subcontractor records, contracts, bonds, insurance, payables, liens, billings, payroll, and cost and budget reporting. Acts as liaison between job sites and finance, ensures accounting procedures are followed, supports project administration and customer relations, and analyzes value-management options.

Provides accounting and administrative support for construction projects from startup through closeout. Manages job costs, accounts receivable, billings, payables, payroll, budgets, subcontractor requisitions, contracts, insurance documentation, liens, and project records. Serves as the liaison between jobsite teams and corporate finance, maintains accurate accounting records, supports project reporting, and performs general jobsite administrative duties. The role is primarily based at construction jobsite offices and may require relocation between project locations.
