Manage two affordable housing communities, ensuring regulatory compliance (Rural Development/LIHTC/HUD), leasing, tenant relations, maintenance coordination, budgeting, rent collection, payroll reporting, and recordkeeping. Drive resident retention, oversee inspections and turnovers, coordinate vendors and maintenance, and support emergency and risk management plans while following fair housing and agency rules.

Manage monthly billing, post and reconcile rental and other payments for commercial and residential properties, follow up on delinquencies, process deposits, maintain tenant ledgers, support collections and accounting automation projects, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate A/R records.

Prepare monthly financial statements, rent rolls, and reconciliations for commercial and residential real estate entities. Maintain tenant ledgers and recovery pools, prepare journal entries and accruals (taxes, insurance, payroll, depreciation), and coordinate with property management, AR, and lease administration (MRI). Support accounting and property management teams and assist with annual recovery billings and tax/insurance allocations.
