Serve as primary liaison between carriers and clients to manage employee benefit programs, renewals, compliance, onboarding, and service inquiries. Analyze benefits, prepare renewal recommendations, negotiate with carriers, coordinate internal teams, develop employee communications, and ensure timely, accurate deliverables to drive client satisfaction and retention.

Sell new and renew existing commercial insurance accounts, build and maintain client and partner relationships, present proposals, finalize sales, onboard paperwork to service team, meet monthly new business goals, and maintain knowledge of underwriting and firm policies.

Support account executives and producers on marketing and servicing commercial oil & gas insurance accounts, manage renewals, coordinate with carriers and brokers, maintain policy files and shared drives, issue certificates and invoices, handle client setup in EPIC, and perform administrative and accounting follow-up.
