Serve as primary client contact for employee benefits, managing onboarding, renewals, compliance filings, plan documentation, and open enrollment. Prepare and present executive summaries, analyze claims and benchmarking, solicit market proposals, coordinate with carriers and internal teams, and ensure accurate, timely client service and relationship management.

Performs moderately complex administrative and billing tasks: process invoices, premium payments, and adjustments; verify billing data; maintain audit-ready records; respond to internal inquiries; assist onboarding; follow workflows and escalate non-standard issues.

Serve as primary relationship manager for a portfolio of mid-to-high complexity clients overseeing employee benefits programs, renewals, compliance, and retention. Lead multi-year renewal strategy, analyze benefits and claims data, deliver strategic recommendations and Quarterly Business Reviews, resolve escalated enrollment, billing, and coverage issues, manage compliance calendar, coordinate cross-functional deliverables, mentor colleagues, and drive process improvements to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
