Supports investment advisors and wealth management clients by opening and servicing accounts, executing transactions, resolving account and payment issues, managing insurance processes, configuring financial software, and maintaining electronic records. The role also responds to client inquiries, researches investment-related issues, coaches associates, and ensures transactions and documentation are completed accurately and promptly.

Manages commercial insurance client relationships, renewals, onboarding, policy documentation, compliance activities, coverage analysis, and carrier coordination. Develops tailored coverage recommendations, presents renewal options, prepares client-facing reports, resolves service issues, and supports retention. The role requires commercial insurance expertise, strong analytical and communication skills, proficiency with agency management and workflow systems, and a current Property & Casualty license.
