Leads nationwide operational excellence for Employee Benefits operations by developing standards, streamlining workflows, ensuring regulatory and audit compliance, optimizing agency management systems, establishing KPIs, and driving continuous improvement. Partners with regional leaders, technology teams, client service groups, and senior management to implement cross-functional initiatives, provide operational expertise, and manage integrations during mergers, acquisitions, or restructuring.

Design scalable, secure enterprise solutions for Baldwin Retail, translating product requirements into technical designs. Build agentic AI and automation, integrate cloud (AWS/Azure), produce ADRs and specifications, evaluate third-party platforms, embed security and compliance controls, collaborate with Product, Security, and Data, and create reusable architecture patterns and prototypes.

Manages employee benefits client accounts, including onboarding, renewals, compliance updates, plan documentation, open enrollment, policy activity, and client inquiries. Prepares and presents claim analyses, benchmarking, renewal recommendations, plan alternatives, and contribution models. Coordinates with insurance carriers and internal teams, markets risks for alternative coverage, conducts enrollment meetings, maintains client relationships, and identifies process improvements.
