The Baldwin Group Benefits Overview

Serve as primary relationship manager for a portfolio of mid-to-high complexity clients overseeing employee benefits programs, renewals, compliance, and retention. Lead multi-year renewal strategy, analyze benefits and claims data, deliver strategic recommendations and Quarterly Business Reviews, resolve escalated enrollment, billing, and coverage issues, manage compliance calendar, coordinate cross-functional deliverables, mentor colleagues, and drive process improvements to enhance client satisfaction and retention.

Lead and scale talent programs across the colleague lifecycle—onboarding, performance, competency frameworks, career pathing, succession, assessments, and talent reviews—partnering with leaders and HR COEs to drive adoption, measure outcomes, and improve organizational effectiveness using data and HCM systems.

Support Brokers and Account Executives on new and renewal business for Senior Living & Healthcare clients. Coordinate submissions, obtain carrier quotes and binders, perform initial policy reviews and surplus lines filings, prepare client materials, manage renewal deadlines, and maintain client/carrier relationships while assisting with administrative tasks and special projects.
