Lead plant production operations ensuring safety, quality, and productivity. Manage scheduling, SOP and GMP compliance, coach and develop staff, drive continuous improvement and root-cause corrective actions, support production scale-ups and validation, and act as backup to the Plant Manager.

Manage Midwest food manufacturing and CPG accounts for powders and cereals. Develop and execute strategic account plans, grow and retain business, negotiate contracts/pricing, coordinate cross-functional teams, provide technical and regulatory support, and deliver sales forecasts while traveling extensively to customer sites.

Provide regional IT support by troubleshooting and maintaining servers, networks, desktops, laptops, printers and telephony. Own help-desk tickets, document changes, assist with major system implementations, mentor junior technicians, and travel periodically to regional facilities to perform maintenance and projects.
