Serve as primary client contact managing account health, project timelines, budgets, contracts, and cross-functional teams. Translate data and strategy into opportunities, write creative briefs, resolve conflicts, and pursue renewals and growth.

Develop strategic, conceptual copy and persuasive stories across film, social, web, and live experiences. Lead presentations, manage creative processes, mentor writers, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and ensure work is on strategy, on time, and on budget.

Produce digital and social assets and ad variations from established brand systems; adapt templates across formats; use AI tools to iterate assets at scale; maintain brand consistency; respond quickly to feedback; collaborate with Graphic Designers and Art Directors; improve team efficiency with new tools.
