Create Individual Employment Plans, deliver job readiness services (resume, interview prep), connect clients to training and community resources, coordinate supportive services and referrals, and partner with legal and workforce agencies to help participants meet child support obligations and achieve employment stability.

Design and maintain interactive dashboards (Power BI/Tableau), develop SQL queries, analyze performance across systems versus contractual benchmarks, produce reports, support QA/compliance, and train staff to use data visualizations to drive continuous improvement.
