Teams at Bakerly Barn LLC

Partner with plant leadership to provide FP&A support for two US manufacturing sites: financial reporting, cost and variance analysis, inventory and yield/OEE tracking, productivity and maintenance cost analysis, and monthly plant performance presentations. Build dashboards and tools, reconcile sales vs. COGS, own plant cost center month-end close, and translate production data into actionable financial insights to drive operational improvements.

Designs and manages Bakerly's total rewards programs — compensation, benefits, wellness, leave, and payroll oversight. Ensures competitiveness, compliance, vendor management, analytics, and process improvements. Partners with People, Finance, Payroll, and site HR teams to support workforce planning, payroll accuracy, and employee experience across locations.

Provide on-site HR support at the Easton production site: employee engagement, attendance and workforce administration, recruiting coordination, onboarding, HRIS data entry, compliance, and first-line employee services and communications.
