Provides L1/L2 helpdesk support, manages Active Directory, Azure AD, Microsoft 365, mailboxes, security groups, and user accounts. Deploys and troubleshoots computers, peripherals, printers, copiers, and VoIP phones. Maintains OS images, hardware inventory, software licenses, and asset records using Snipe-IT or equivalent. Tracks tickets in Freshdesk, supports vendors and office expansions, and escalates issues beyond L2 scope.

Provides L1 and L2 IT helpdesk support for employees, including account administration, Microsoft 365 access management, hardware and peripheral deployment, device imaging, printer and VoIP troubleshooting, software licensing, and asset inventory tracking. The role supports users onsite and remotely, manages Freshdesk tickets, assists with vendor contracts and office expansions, and escalates complex issues to senior IT staff.

Partner with plant leadership to provide FP&A support for two US manufacturing sites: financial reporting, cost and variance analysis, inventory and yield/OEE tracking, productivity and maintenance cost analysis, and monthly plant performance presentations. Build dashboards and tools, reconcile sales vs. COGS, own plant cost center month-end close, and translate production data into actionable financial insights to drive operational improvements.
