The role ensures compliance with outside counsel guidelines, manages deadlines, supports billing meetings, and resolves software and billing-process issues.

Oversee the New York office’s financial and operational activities, including budgeting, accounting, collections, facilities, vendor contracts, human resources coordination, staff management, office procedures, and major events. The role manages subordinate department leaders, partners with firmwide teams, supports strategic planning, ensures compliance, and maintains effective office operations in collaboration with firm leadership.

Oversee daily operations and financial activities for the Los Angeles and San Francisco law offices. Manage administrative teams, budgets, accounting, human resources, facilities, vendors, security, office procedures, strategic planning, and events. Serve as a liaison between offices, firmwide departments, building management, attorneys, and staff while coordinating complex initiatives and ensuring efficient, professional office operations.
