Champion legal technology and process-improvement initiatives across practice areas and client organizations. Responsibilities include understanding legal workflows, recommending technology or process solutions, managing requirements and implementations, supporting document automation and robotic process automation use cases, leading agile projects, evaluating legal technology tools, translating business needs for developers, and advising clients on digital and compliance strategies.

Oversee daily operations and financial activities for the Los Angeles and San Francisco law offices. Manage administrative teams, budgets, accounting, human resources, facilities, vendors, security, office procedures, strategic planning, and events. Serve as a liaison between offices, firmwide departments, building management, attorneys, and staff while coordinating complex initiatives and ensuring efficient, professional office operations.

Designs, implements, supports, monitors, and troubleshoots LAN/WAN infrastructure, servers, network security, telephony, remote access, and backup systems. Provides Tier 3 support across more than 1,800 users and 18 locations, maintains infrastructure standards and documentation, supports service-level commitments, evaluates upgrades, oversees network specialists, coordinates with vendors, and diagnoses complex hardware, software, and end-user issues.
