Supports M&A and debt-finance attorneys with transactional matters, including due diligence, closing checklists, UCC filings, entity formations, corporate maintenance, disclosure schedules, closing documents, and post-closing activities. Maintains corporate records, coordinates governmental filings and execution workflows, conducts lien and litigation searches, and communicates with attorneys, clients, and outside parties. Also provides process guidance and training to legal support staff.

Manages client accounts receivable, communicates about outstanding invoices, resolves payment discrepancies, reviews aging reports, processes approved write-offs, documents client communications, and escalates collection issues.
