Lead the design and delivery of overhead transmission line projects from 11kV to 400kV across the UK. Produce and check detailed designs, calculations, drawings, technical reports, specifications, wind load cases, structure analyses, and foundation designs using PLS-CADD and PLS-Tower. Ensure compliance with technical standards, client requirements, CDM regulations, and management systems. Lead junior engineers, support tenders and FEED projects, manage project delivery, and contribute to risk management and technical development.

Two-year graduate programme preparing candidates for chartered high-voltage engineering careers. Responsibilities include designing and documenting 11kV–400kV EHV projects, performing cable ratings, induced voltage and short-circuit analyses, calculating thermo-mechanical forces and pulling tensions, preparing bonding diagrams and material specifications, and supporting health, safety, sustainability, and CDM compliance reviews.

Two-year graduate role developing a career in highways engineering. Responsibilities include producing engineering calculations, specifications, reports, and drawings; conducting site surveys; supporting construction activities; liaising with clients and multidisciplinary teams; assisting with project management; preparing cost estimates; and monitoring project progress. The role offers mentorship toward chartership, technical training, and exposure to complex, sustainable infrastructure projects.
