Lead multidisciplinary design coordination and technical assurance for complex utilities and renewable infrastructure projects. Manage design delivery against scope, programme, budget, regulatory requirements, client specifications, asset interfaces, outages, and commissioning constraints. Collaborate with project, commercial, and construction managers while managing risks in regulated, safety-critical environments. The role also involves stakeholder engagement, client relationship development, leadership, and business development.

Coordinates permanent and contract recruitment, manages ATS activity, arranges interviews, communicates with candidates, screens applications, advertises vacancies, supports hiring managers, and coordinates Early Careers recruitment. The role also liaises with HR on recruitment and onboarding updates while maintaining a positive candidate experience and managing multiple priorities accurately.

Lead process engineering activities across the project lifecycle, including feasibility, detailed design, procurement, commissioning, and EPCM delivery. Develop PFDs, P&IDs, calculations, equipment specifications, utility designs, and technical documentation. Support HAZOPs, equipment sizing, vendor management, technical bid reviews, plant layout coordination, site surveys, and client engagement. Lead process engineering on smaller projects while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams on larger programmes.
