Manage private-company audit engagements from planning through completion, including risk assessment, financial statement analysis, compliance, budgeting, WIP management, quality review, and client communication. Lead, mentor, and develop audit teams while ensuring adherence to accounting standards and firm policies. Contribute to audit process improvements and maintain knowledge of emerging accounting and auditing requirements.

Prepares compilation, review, NTR, audit, and corporate and personal tax engagements. Mentors staff, manages client and partner communications, resolves client issues, and delivers accurate work under tight deadlines. The role requires public practice experience, strong communication and analytical skills, and progress toward CPA or CA designation.

Manage full-cycle bookkeeping and accounting, including AP, reconciliations, journal entries, general ledger maintenance, payroll, statutory filings, and financial reporting. Review junior staff work, support audits and month-end/year-end close, respond to client inquiries, and contribute to process improvements. The role requires strong accounting fundamentals, GST filing experience, communication, organization, analytical ability, and client-service skills.
