Processes weekly payroll accurately and on time using ADP Workforce Now. Maintains employee payroll records, handles new hires, direct deposits, tax withholding, PTO accruals, off-cycle payrolls, manual checks, voids, and final pay. Generates and reconciles payroll, deduction, retirement, and general ledger reports. Supports quarterly and year-end activities, including W-2 reviews and tax reconciliations, while protecting confidential payroll information and resolving discrepancies.

Develops and manages commercial roofing client accounts, generates leads through prospecting and networking, meets sales goals, and prepares repair proposals. Uses Salesforce and Box to manage accounts, schedules, customer communications, roof inspections, and pipeline activity. Evaluates roof conditions, specifies compliant repairs, accesses roofs for estimates, coordinates trade shows and industry events, and supports project operations. The role requires field independence, customer relationship management, roofing knowledge development, and physical work at heights.

Conduct face-to-face residential and multifamily exterior sales, generate leads, inspect and measure roofs, recommend solutions, present pricing and financing, close agreements, and support customers through project completion. Maintain accurate CRM records and follow up consistently. The role involves neighborhood canvassing, in-home appointments, roof climbing, outdoor work, and occasional evening or Saturday appointments. Roofing experience is not required; training is provided.
