Develops and manages commercial roofing repair accounts, generates leads through cold calling, referrals, networking, and field outreach, and meets sales goals. Uses Salesforce and BOX to manage accounts, schedules, proposals, and roof-condition documentation. Inspects roofs, estimates repairs, consults on roofing solutions, supports project operations, participates in trade shows and training, and assists with account receivables. Requires frequent fieldwork, ladder climbing, roof access, and physical activity in challenging conditions.

Manages the full customer relationship for national accounts, serving as the primary point of contact and ensuring timely resolution of requests. Responsibilities include account strategy, customer retention, revenue growth, cross-selling, portal reviews, customer analysis meetings, accounts receivable follow-up, escalation resolution, proactive communications, and onboarding support. The role requires accurate, organized execution in a fast-paced environment while coordinating with internal teams and leadership.
