The role requires strong analytical, organizational, communication, and project management skills, along with a bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field. CPA certification is preferred, and some travel is required.

Manage tax compliance and planning engagements for clients across multiple industries. Supervise engagement teams, review staff work, mentor employees, manage client relationships, meet deadlines, support proposals, and contribute to firm administration and leadership. The role requires advanced federal and state tax knowledge, strong communication and project management skills, at least five years of public accounting tax experience, and CPA certification.

Manages international tax engagements, prepares and reviews federal and state tax returns for individuals and entities, and advises on foreign income, trusts, credits, assets, controlled foreign corporations, and offshore disclosures. Supervises engagement teams, mentors staff, manages client relationships, ensures compliance and deadlines, and contributes to firm leadership and development.
