Lead root-cause investigations, implement corrective actions, analyze failure trends and KPIs, and drive reliability improvements across wireline product and service lifecycles. Collaborate with engineering, service delivery, quality, and supply chain to manage incidents, risk assessments, change reviews, and support new product development.

Design, deploy, and optimize ESP artificial lift systems: perform system design and modeling, support installations and troubleshooting, document engineering analyses, manage job lifecycle compliance, support field incident resolution, provide technical sales support, and identify equipment improvements.

Act as country HR Business Partner for UK sites (Aberdeen), providing employee relations case management, performance and talent management, policy implementation, compliance monitoring, restructuring support, site inspection readiness, and coaching people leaders while liaising with HR shared services.
