Manage approximately 60 refrigeration contractor accounts, grow territory sales, develop new business, provide product and inventory recommendations, prepare quotes and bids, enter orders, coordinate deliveries, and resolve customer issues. The role requires technical knowledge of commercial refrigeration products and systems, frequent customer and vendor interaction, sales presentations, data analysis, and participation in industry events. Travel throughout the assigned territory and occasional company or vendor travel may be required.

Promotes profitable sales growth through website and customer/dealer outreach. Develops and maintains customer relationships, handles inquiries and service issues, conducts outbound prospecting, identifies business opportunities, supports technology adoption, consults on products and programs, negotiates sales terms, and prepares presentations and proposals. Documents sales activities in Salesforce and analyzes sales and market data while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Manage residential and contractor HVAC sales for a wholesale distributorship across a designated territory. Develop and maintain customer and dealer relationships, acquire new accounts, grow market share, resolve customer issues, and implement sales strategies. Represent the company at dealer meetings, conferences, product shows, and industry events. Maintain product knowledge, support customers, operate warehouse equipment, and meet sales goals while handling HVAC parts and equipment.
