The Lending Compliance Officer ensures adherence to state and federal banking regulations, manages lending compliance risks, and supports the Compliance Committee. Responsibilities include CRA and HMDA oversight, loan-file reviews, regulatory reporting, compliance training, audit coordination, policy updates, monitoring regulatory changes, and preparing reports for management, the Board, regulators, and auditors. The role requires independent judgment, strong communication, analytical ability, organization, and proficiency with compliance and audit tools.

Supports business banking advisors by processing commercial loans, analyzing borrower financial statements and tax returns, preparing credit analyses and loan reports, monitoring covenants and problem credits, coordinating closings, maintaining loan files, and communicating with clients. The role also provides administrative support, cross-sells banking products, manages renewals, and assists with portfolio administration and personnel training.

Manages trust, agency, estate, guardianship, cash management, retirement, and investment relationships for high-net-worth and business clients. Conducts financial fact-finding, risk profiling, portfolio and financial planning, fiduciary administration, client retention, business development, and cross-functional advisory coordination. Provides investment, tax, trust, and estate-related guidance while overseeing account administration, regulatory compliance, associate workflows, and client service teams.
