Lead capital project planning and execution across European sites while providing process engineering expertise. Responsibilities include managing budgets, schedules, resources, HSE, MOC and HAZOP processes; preparing process design packages, cost estimates and engineering databases; coordinating internal and external engineering teams; evaluating vendors; and ensuring compliance with EU standards and process safety requirements.

Lead European capital projects from planning through execution, managing budgets, timelines, resources, HSE requirements, MOC, HAZOP, and stage-gate approvals. Develop process engineering design packages, cost estimates, equipment specifications, and engineering databases. Coordinate internal disciplines, external engineering firms, vendors, and contractors while ensuring compliance with EU process plant standards and directives.

Manages customer orders from receipt through completion, including order entry, validation, tracking, delivery coordination, and issue resolution. Maintains customer relationships, resolves shipment, inventory, billing, and fulfillment issues, and collaborates with Sales, Supply Chain, Operations, and Finance. Maintains accurate ERP records, supports reporting, and ensures service, compliance, and quality standards. Requires customer service or order management experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; SAP and Lean or Six Sigma experience are preferred.
