The Associate Mechanical Engineer will establish and grow the Mechanical team, oversee project execution, guide mechanical system design, and develop client relationships in San Antonio.

Support regional business development and marketing by coordinating client engagement, market research, RFQ/RFP pursuits, CRM maintenance, event planning, and pursuit materials. Partner with Principals, Project Managers, and the Fort Worth marketing team while traveling regularly between Round Rock, San Antonio, and Fort Worth to support regional growth.

Design and manage mechanical and HVAC/plumbing systems for commercial and industrial projects. Produce drawings, cost estimates, specifications, and construction administration. Oversee small-to-mid projects, attend client meetings, perform space and system planning, and review construction documents under the Engineer of Record.
