Provides part-time administrative support for the Fort Worth office, including reception, scheduling, event coordination, vendor management, visitor access, office supplies, petty cash, document delivery, and new-hire orientation. The role also maintains office organization, coordinates with accounting and other locations, and uses Microsoft Office applications. Local travel during business hours is required, along with a valid driver’s license and at least one year of administrative experience.

Coordinates proposals, Statements of Qualifications, presentations, events, social media, industry submissions, and other marketing initiatives. Maintains CRM data, staff resumes, project sheets, and qualification materials. Develops marketing content by interviewing project personnel and reviewing documentation. Supports business development and pursuit activities while collaborating with engineers and marketing professionals. Requires strong communication, organization, multitasking, and deadline-management skills.

Temporary summer mechanical engineering internship supporting HVAC and plumbing design, mechanical drawings, design calculations, code research, ductwork systems, cost estimates, specifications, field reports, and site visits. The intern will work with engineers and designers across commercial, industrial, educational, retail, warehouse, and other project types while developing MEP engineering skills.
