Designs power, lighting, signal, and electrical distribution systems for commercial building projects. Performs photometric studies, voltage drop, short-circuit, arc-flash, and load-flow analyses. Prepares construction drawings and specifications using AutoCAD and Revit, conducts site visits, coordinates with clients and officials, develops budgets, oversees project production, and supports construction administration. The role also involves reviewing construction documents and managing project schedules and costs.

Design and manage mechanical and HVAC/plumbing systems for commercial and industrial projects. Produce drawings, cost estimates, specifications, and construction administration. Oversee small-to-mid projects, attend client meetings, perform space and system planning, and review construction documents under the Engineer of Record.
