Lead fund accounting oversight, investor reporting, and operational finance for Tech Opportunities. Review quarterly NAVs, financial statements, fees, valuations, and cash flows. Manage third-party fund administrator and year-end audit, support deal teams and Investor Relations, respond to LP requests, analyze portfolio company financials, and drive reporting automation and process improvements.

Owns private equity data products in Snowflake, including ingestion, dimensional modeling, governance, lineage, certification, quality checks, monitoring, and pipeline reliability. Configures access controls, cost management, data sharing, and multi-account architecture. Automates infrastructure and governance with Terraform, GitHub Actions, and CI/CD. Partners with finance, investment operations, and governance leaders to translate business needs into scalable designs, establishes technical standards, reviews code, and mentors engineers.

Develop and enhance ServiceNow ITSM and ITAM solutions, including workflows, catalog items, asset management, integrations, reporting, and automation. Configure and code using Flow Designer, business rules, scripts, UI policies, APIs, and data imports. Partner with stakeholders to translate operational needs into scalable solutions, troubleshoot integrations, improve data quality, and support responsible adoption of ServiceNow AI capabilities.
