Build, prototype, and deploy AI tools (LLMs, agents, automation) to improve investment sourcing, due diligence, portfolio analytics, and internal operations. Partner with GSS investment teams to identify use cases, manage vendor pilots, maintain data pipelines and integrations, and drive adoption through training and cross-functional collaboration.

Lead day-to-day AWS and Kubernetes platform operations, ensuring reliability, governance, incident response, and SLA-driven support. Manage a ticket-based, high-volume operations team, enforce AWS guardrails and IAM policies, perform cluster administration and observability, and coach engineers while handling escalations and on-call incidents.

Operate and maintain AWS and production Kubernetes platforms, troubleshoot infrastructure and container issues, execute maintenance and upgrades, enforce AWS governance and security, support incidents and on-call rotations, improve monitoring, automation, and operational processes, and collaborate with engineering and security teams to ensure platform reliability and compliance.
