The Senior Application Support Engineer will provide support for production systems, primarily focusing on Workday and Salesforce, troubleshooting issues, managing incidents, and implementing improvements across multiple business units.

Manage fund control processes, audits, vendor relationships, custody oversight, fund lifecycle events, business continuity testing, and targeted process improvement projects for Bain Capital Special Situations. Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, external auditors, and outsourced service providers while maintaining governance documentation and supporting strategic initiatives.

As the Technology Director for Special Situations, you will lead technology strategy, manage AI integration, and ensure tech delivery meets investment needs, collaborating closely with business units.
