Business Systems Analyst supporting treasury and investment finance systems. Partners with Finance and Treasury stakeholders to define requirements, document workflows and data models, implement system enhancements, manage integrations and banking-platform onboarding, coordinate user acceptance testing, and resolve production issues. The role oversees initiatives throughout the SDLC, collaborates with vendors and technology teams, evaluates process improvements, and applies AI-assisted development tools to build and optimize solutions.

Leads Investor Relations technology strategy, systems analysis, integrations, and delivery across fundraising, LP servicing, and investor reporting. Manages onshore and offshore technology teams, vendors, budgets, release cycles, and stakeholder communications. Oversees Salesforce, Snowflake, CRM, reporting, LP portal, fund-accounting integrations, and AI-enabled workflow solutions while serving as a subject matter expert on investor lifecycle processes.

Conduct company and industry research, perform due diligence, build earnings and valuation models, and make investment recommendations. The role requires concise communication of data-driven analyses, assessment of management teams, participation in field research and industry conferences, and collaboration within Bain Capital’s Special Situations investment team.
