Manage leverage facilities and fund-level liquidity for private credit vehicles (CLOs, asset-backed facilities, BDCs, evergreen funds, SMAs). Forecast liquidity and leverage, prepare borrowing/paydown requests, maintain borrowing bases and surveillance models, optimize collateral, coordinate with lenders/trustees/rating agencies, execute waterfall distributions, facilitate lender asset reviews, and enhance processes and technology for accuracy and efficiency.
