Support FP&A for private markets businesses by owning annual budgets, forecasts, reforecasts, and long-term financial planning. Deliver reporting and trend analysis to business leaders, maintain alignment between plans and actuals, prepare tax-to-management-basis journal entries, and complete ad hoc projects. The role requires strong attention to detail, financial systems expertise, stakeholder communication, independent judgment, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Prepare and review BDC financial reporting, including SEC filings, performance reports, dividend estimates, NAV reconciliations, board materials, investor communications, and financial statements. Support audits, internal controls, regulatory compliance, joint venture capital reporting, and complex allocation provisions. Collaborate with portfolio management, deal teams, legal, operations, administrators, and service providers to resolve reporting issues and develop solutions for ad hoc requests.

The Finance Associate rotates across Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, processing invoices, payments, expense reports, billing, collections, reconciliations, and general ledger activity. The role supports quarterly close, reporting, treasury, audits, policy compliance, and stakeholder inquiries. The Associate uses Workday Financials and Excel for reporting and analysis, while contributing to automation, process improvements, documentation, and ad hoc corporate finance projects.
