The Strategic Account Manager will manage client portfolios, drive account growth, conduct market research, and provide strategic insights, all while ensuring client satisfaction.

Manage and grow a portfolio of SMB programmatic advertising clients. Responsibilities include campaign trafficking, activation, optimization, performance monitoring, troubleshooting creative and technical issues, client reporting, relationship management, and collaboration with Sales, Product, Algorithm, and Analytics teams. The role requires strong knowledge of the adtech ecosystem, client-facing communication, analytical skills, Mandarin proficiency, and onsite work in Mountain View.

Manage and optimize direct-response programmatic advertising campaigns to achieve ROAS and growth goals. Responsibilities include adjusting bids, targeting, creatives, and pacing; troubleshooting creative and technical issues; analyzing and presenting performance insights; supporting client calls and reporting; collaborating with account, sales, product, algorithm, and analytics teams; and identifying upsell opportunities.
