Teams at BAI Communications

Coordinates payroll inputs, reconciliations, employee lifecycle administration, HR systems, compliance, reporting, and employee support. Maintains accurate employee and payroll data in Dayforce, liaises with Finance and outsourced payroll providers, supports audits and WGEA reporting, advises employees and managers on employment conditions, and contributes to HR process, workflow, and systems improvements.

Manage strategic relationships with SBS, First Nations, and community broadcaster accounts. Develop account growth and retention strategies, identify commercial opportunities, support renewals and negotiations, forecast revenue in Salesforce, and resolve customer challenges. The role also leads First Nations engagement initiatives, represents BAI in industry forums, and collaborates across service delivery, legal, finance, operations, and leadership teams to deliver customer and community outcomes.

Designs, deploys, integrates, tests, and optimizes Digital Radio and Private LTE networks for mining, resources, and enterprise customers. Responsibilities include RF modeling, propagation studies, coverage analysis, link budgets, site surveys, technical documentation, troubleshooting, vendor collaboration, and regulatory compliance. The role requires strong RF engineering expertise and experience supporting critical communications environments.
