Leads design for new, remodeled, and partner-led coffeehouse projects from site review through construction support. Coordinates architectural, engineering, signage, and vendor partners; manages design standards, construction documents, approvals, budgets, and design risks. Partners with real estate, construction, operations, facilities, landlords, franchisees, and consultants to deliver brand-consistent, functional, cost-conscious store environments.

Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and the enterprise data warehouse. Optimize schemas, implement ETL/ELT, manage cloud data infrastructure, enforce security/governance, and partner with BI and technology teams to ensure reliable, performant data for analytics.

Lead Workday product ownership and HR systems delivery: gather requirements, configure Workday HCM modules, manage integrations, testing, releases, reporting, governance, and provide production support and analytics to HR and business leaders.
