Build and mentor a high-performing team, manage application lifecycle and incidents, support store rollouts, and translate business needs into technology solutions that improve guest experience and operational efficiency.

Lead end-to-end BI analytics to convert enterprise, transaction, and guest data into actionable insights. Build forecasts, predictive models, test designs, dashboards (Power BI/Tableau), and partner across Marketing, Product, Operations, Finance, and Loyalty to optimize sales, traffic, and guest engagement.

Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and the enterprise data warehouse. Optimize schemas, implement ETL/ELT, manage cloud data infrastructure, enforce security/governance, and partner with BI and technology teams to ensure reliable, performant data for analytics.
