Lead talent acquisition, workforce planning, performance management, change initiatives, and HR analytics. Coach leaders, drive talent management programs, ensure compliance, foster diversity and inclusion, and deliver HR solutions that align people strategy with business objectives.

Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and the enterprise data warehouse. Optimize schemas, implement ETL/ELT, manage cloud data infrastructure, enforce security/governance, and partner with BI and technology teams to ensure reliable, performant data for analytics.
