Drives responsible enterprise AI adoption by identifying and validating use cases, designing AI-enabled workflows, leading pilots and rollouts, creating training materials, and supporting users. Partners with business process owners, Sales Operations, IT, and the AI Center of Excellence to implement tools such as Copilot, Salesforce Agentforce, Claude, and Power Platform. Measures adoption and business impact while promoting governance, data protection, and continuous improvement.

Owns the strategic direction, roadmap, lifecycle, commercialization, and growth of a hardware product portfolio. Develops business cases, financial analyses, market assessments, competitive analyses, and investment recommendations. Partners cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, marketing, sales, operations, and support teams to align product strategies and launches. Evaluates customer needs, market opportunities, emerging technologies, and strategic partnerships while supporting portfolio expansion and product sustainability.

Supports product-line strategy, market and competitive research, voice-of-customer analysis, product lifecycle management, pricing execution, and promotional initiatives. The role partners with engineering, sales, marketing, and cross-functional teams to align products with customer needs, monitor portfolio performance, improve margins, and represent products at industry events. Requires a business, marketing, engineering, or related degree, product-related experience, financial literacy, Microsoft Office expertise, and 10–15% travel.
