Supports product lifecycle management for utility meters and AMR/AMI communication devices serving municipal water customers. Responsibilities include product analytics, competitive analysis, pricing, forecasting, business planning, customer and sales support, feature-release tracking, margin improvement, marketing specifications, competitive battlecards, product training, and promotional collateral.

Designs and supports electronic hardware, including PCB circuits and embedded-system integration. Performs prototype and product verification testing against regulatory standards and specifications, develops production fixtures and procedures, completes release documentation, and supports sustaining engineering. The role also creates work instructions, implements engineering changes, troubleshoots electronic products, and contributes to multidisciplinary project schedules, budgets, and risk assessments.

Leads systems integration projects involving monitoring platforms, OTA updates, firmware management, device telemetry, machine learning pipelines, databases, and AWS cloud infrastructure. Designs and maintains scalable platform enhancements, troubleshooting and resolving reliability, synchronization, alerting, and outage-detection issues. Supports cloud modernization, database migration, automation, dashboards, and data pipelines while mentoring engineers, documenting procedures, managing project scope, and reporting findings to leadership.
