Lead Badger Meter's investor relations strategy, serving as primary liaison to analysts and institutional investors. Shape financial storytelling, prepare executive and board materials, manage earnings communications, drive investor events and roadshows, own ESG messaging and reporting, monitor market sentiment, and support shareholder and governance processes.

Support product reliability through sustaining engineering, verification testing, root-cause analysis, CAPA, and APQP activities. Partner with manufacturing and cross-functional teams to implement quality improvements, manage ECRs, conduct audits, analyze data/trends, mentor junior engineers, and maintain quality system documentation.

The Senior Mechanical Engineer will lead product development, ensure technical integrity, coordinate testing, and collaborate with various teams to meet project objectives.
