Own intent-drift detection for AI coding agents, including dataset design, labeling, feature and representation development, model training, distillation, quantization, architecture decisions, and evaluation. Build small, low-latency models that run locally on developer machines with very low false-positive rates. The role requires end-to-end applied data science experience, small-model fluency, an applied research mindset, independence, and startup adaptability, with security and adversarial machine learning experience preferred.

You will architect distributed systems, manage endpoint deployments, scale data infrastructure, and deliver full-stack features while ensuring technical excellence.
