Own the full technical lifecycle for customers: discovery, demos, POCs, scoping, implementation, and handoff to Customer Success. Translate ambiguous workflows into deployable integrations, configure and deploy solutions, manage project timelines and stakeholders, gatekeep Forward Deployed Engineering, and feed product/engineering with recurring customer patterns.

Lead architecture and implementation of scalable full-stack systems powering agentic AI for supply chain workflows. Own POCs, build React front ends and Node.js/Python back ends, collaborate with AI researchers and product, ensure secure code, lead incident response, and manage customer data retention and deletion.
