Own the architecture and engineering of production AI/ML infrastructure powering Relay. Build model-serving, inference, evaluation, orchestration, deployment, observability, and lifecycle systems. Optimize model performance, latency, throughput, scalability, reliability, and cost while establishing feedback loops for continuous quality improvement. Partner with engineering and product teams to advance agentic AI capabilities and make foundational architectural decisions in a rapidly evolving environment.

Own the strategy and product systems for AI agents that automate complex operational workflows. Define agent reasoning, tool use, autonomy, human escalation, quality evaluation, monitoring, and continuous improvement. Work closely with customers, operators, engineers, and AI practitioners to transform messy processes into reliable products. Establish outcome-based metrics including resolution rate, accuracy, intervention rates, and time to resolution while building trust in production AI.

Build the systems, automation, data models, and AI-enabled workflows supporting Sales and Customer Success. Responsibilities include creating GTM data infrastructure, value ledgers, account context tools, workflow discovery systems, pilot instrumentation, CRM automation, expansion signals, and data-quality observability. The role partners directly with GTM leadership and field teams to identify bottlenecks, prototype solutions, measure adoption, and scale effective processes.
