Own governance, configuration, and integration integrity of core business systems (starting with HubSpot). Administer CRM end-to-end, rationalize automation (Zapier/Workato), ensure data integrity, coordinate LoanPro implementation and vendor relationships, and serve as the cross-functional systems operator between Operations, Engineering, and vendors.

Full-cycle Account Executive responsible for outbound prospecting, qualifying, and closing real-estate investor loans. Build self-sourced pipeline via calls, email, social, events; manage CRM forecasts; partner with operations to ensure borrower experience; provide market feedback to refine products and help hire/train peers.

Identify, engage, and qualify real estate investors and referral partners through high-volume outbound prospecting. Manage and track pipeline in CRM, qualify leads to lending criteria (ARV, LTV, property type, exit strategy), hand off qualified opportunities to Account Executives, and hit monthly activity and handoff targets while building referral relationships.
