Lead B2 cloud object storage product strategy, roadmap, discovery, and delivery. Translate customer and market needs into product requirements, collaborate with Design, Engineering, and go-to-market teams, launch features, track product metrics, and evangelize solutions. The role requires deep cloud architecture, API, security, compliance, and product lifecycle expertise, along with strong cross-functional leadership and customer research capabilities.

Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 support across macOS and Windows environments, managing endpoints, devices, software, identity, access, SaaS applications, and IT service workflows. Administer Jamf, Intune, Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, and Jira Service Management. Troubleshoot complex technical and authentication issues, maintain security and compliance standards, document solutions, improve processes through automation, support AI integrations, participate in IT projects, and mentor junior team members.

The VP of People will lead People operations and strategic HRBP functions for a remote-first, internationally expanding technology company. Responsibilities include designing engagement, culture, communications, retention, succession, manager development, onboarding, remote-work practices, and in-person gatherings. The role requires scaling organizations of approximately 500–1,000 employees, operating internationally, using AI agents, and building programs collaboratively while remaining hands-on.
