Leads regional customer success for Backbase’s Engagement Banking Platform by strengthening executive relationships, driving product adoption and license consumption, maximizing customer value, managing success plans and renewals, and identifying account growth opportunities. The role gathers customer feedback, supports product improvements, develops customer advocates, and collaborates with Sales, R&D, Services, UX Research, and partners. Frequent regional travel is required.

Own and exceed a sales quota by identifying, developing, and closing enterprise digital banking software opportunities, primarily with new banking and financial services customers. Manage complex sales cycles and $1M+ ARR agreements, forecast opportunities, build trusted-advisor relationships, develop customer business cases, and drive executive-level buy-in for digital transformation initiatives.
