Lead technical ownership for strategic client accounts, drive solution design and engineering excellence, partner with delivery and product teams, act as technical advisor to executives, govern architecture and quality, unblock squads hands-on, and ensure successful go-live and post-production scaling.

Own global TA operations, tech stack, data and workflows; build dashboards and automations; run interviewer enablement; partner on AI pilots and governance; ship low-code tools and integrate AI into recruiting processes to improve time-to-fill and recruiter productivity.

Lead enterprise customer success across the region by building executive relationships, driving Backbase platform adoption, maximizing customer value, leading renewals and expansion, and developing customer advocacy. Create joint success plans, gather product feedback, collaborate with Sales, R&D, Services, and partners, and mentor customer success team members. The role requires frequent travel to client locations and hybrid work from the Atlanta headquarters.
