Supports regional operations across housekeeping and food and beverage departments in multiple Maui locations. Coordinates policies, staffing, training, performance management, inventory, resource allocation, guest issue resolution, compliance, reporting, budgeting, and financial planning. Works with department heads and management to improve service quality, operational efficiency, employee development, and guest satisfaction while maintaining health, safety, and sanitation standards.
