Teams at Back Alley Bowling

Prepare and cook food in a fast-paced bowling-center kitchen. Responsibilities include food preparation, line cooking, portion control, recipe and plating adherence, temperature checks, delivery inspection, sanitation, labeling, storage, dishwashing, equipment safety, and communication with front-of-house staff. The role requires kitchen experience, a California Food Handler Card, availability for nights, weekends, holidays, and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks.

As a Food & Beverage Server, you will provide excellent service to guests at their bowling lanes, ensuring a memorable dining experience and maintaining cleanliness.
