Develops Bacardi brands across a regional on-trade territory by acquiring and managing influential customers, negotiating selective contracts, increasing product distribution and visibility, driving volume and revenue targets, conducting tastings and product training, monitoring competition, and managing business reviews using reporting tools. The role requires ongoing prospecting, customer relationship building, market knowledge, and field execution across key hospitality accounts in Paris.

Manage key off-trade customers across Italy, delivering revenue, profitability, market share, and brand execution targets. Build strategic customer relationships, negotiate joint business plans, optimize pricing and promotions, provide demand forecasts, and execute commercial and shopper marketing programs. The role requires extensive travel and collaboration with marketing, finance, supply chain, and commercial leadership. Italian fluency, national-level FMCG key account experience, field sales expertise, negotiation skills, and category management knowledge are required.

Owns and supports SAP source-to-pay and ERP solutions across procurement and accounts payable. Gathers business requirements, translates them into functional specifications, reviews technical designs, develops and executes tests, maintains configuration documentation, and implements changes. Partners with business stakeholders, super-users, IT teams, and external delivery partners. Supports project planning, integrations, rollouts, status reporting, training, support transitions, and continuous improvement.
