Teams at Babyzone

Leads Babyzone’s data, impact measurement and evaluation strategy across its national hub network. Builds end-to-end data infrastructure, longitudinal outcome tracking, dashboards and trusted reporting systems; operationalises evaluation measures including the Parent Confidence Index and Good Level of Development analysis. Designs hands-on AI and automation workflows, ensures data protection and ethical governance, works with academic partners, supports policy influence, and builds organisational data capability through team leadership and frontline engagement.

Serve as the CEO’s right hand while leading fundraising, external partnerships, governance, reporting, and strategic delivery. Own the fundraising pipeline, steward major funders, develop proposals, build relationships across health, government, philanthropy, academia, and corporate sectors, and support hub partnerships. Run the CEO’s operating rhythm, coordinate board and trustee reporting, manage statutory Charity Commission filings, produce impact reports, and translate organisational strategy into execution across Babyzone’s growing hub network.

Lead the Hammersmith and Fulham Babyzone Hub, managing a small team, delivering early years classes and family engagement activities, building partnerships with NHS, local authorities and charities, and ensuring safe, consistent, impactful services. The part-time, term-time role combines hands-on delivery with home-based administration and community relationship management.
