Manage and grow the 10,000 Small Businesses alumni community in the U.S. East region through outreach, events, digital community management, CRM data upkeep, communications, and measurement activities. Coordinate with site teams and national leadership, collect evaluation diagnostics, onboard participants, and travel regionally to support alumni engagement goals.

Senior fundraising leader responsible for securing and stewarding principal and transformational gifts, managing Corporate Philanthropy, Foundation Relations, and Planned Giving teams, personally managing a major gift portfolio, setting strategy and goals, collaborating with campus leaders, and driving donor cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship to advance institutional priorities.

Provide individual and group career advising to undergraduates, design and deliver workshops and programs, liaise with employers and alumni, develop resources (resumes, LinkedIn, mock interviews), track employer/student trends and satisfaction, market career services, and manage special projects to support holistic career development.
