Leads undergraduate career development programs and strategic initiatives, advises students across the career lifecycle, manages staff and budgets, establishes program metrics, and collaborates with campus and external stakeholders. Oversees initiatives such as professional attire and micro-internship programs, develops workshops and career content, supports marketing and communications, and drives continuous improvement through data, relationship-building, and strategic execution.

Lead enterprise AV strategy, standards, operations, and lifecycle across classrooms, collaboration spaces, and events. Manage budgets, vendors, projects, and a technical team to ensure reliable AV integrations with collaboration platforms and high-quality event support.

Manage and grow the 10,000 Small Businesses alumni community in the U.S. East region through outreach, events, digital community management, CRM data upkeep, communications, and measurement activities. Coordinate with site teams and national leadership, collect evaluation diagnostics, onboard participants, and travel regionally to support alumni engagement goals.
