Provide day-to-day academic mentoring for a ~30-student section during a 3-week summer program. Attend weekday classes, take attendance, review student work, coach assigned teams, support faculty leads, meet students outside class hours, and supervise safe use of Foundry machinery. Participate in up to 10 pre-program training hours and commit to program hours plus additional daily mentoring time.

Read and review first-year undergraduate applications, verify and recalculate GPAs using Slate and AI tools, write detailed application and interview notes, and make committee recommendations during a temporary (up to 4 months) appointment.

Lead administration and optimization of an enterprise Salesforce environment (CRM and Education Cloud). Configure objects, automation, security, manage data quality, imports/exports, deduplication, reporting, deployments, integrations, AppExchange apps, and user support. Drive governance, release management, training, and adoption while partnering with analysts, developers, QA, and stakeholders in an Agile environment.
