Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Babbel Labs’ AI content generation product. Lead generative AI workflows, prompting, evaluation, quality loops, and human-in-the-loop processes. Define content quality standards, metrics, and prioritization using learner, reviewer, expert, and business insights. Partner with engineering, design, data, and learning content teams from discovery through launch. The role requires shipping complex GenAI products, managing ambiguity, aligning stakeholders, and scaling content creation across languages and learning levels.

Leads global paid social, influencer, and emerging-channel growth strategy to increase subscriptions, revenue, ROAS, and customer lifetime value. Owns budgets, forecasting, experimentation, creative testing, attribution, and performance optimization across markets. Manages two direct reports, agency and platform relationships, and cross-functional initiatives. Drives AI and automation adoption to improve campaign execution, reporting, decision-making, and team workflows.

Support paid advertising campaigns across search, app, social, and display channels. Monitor budgets and performance, build reports, analyze campaign and subscriber data, research competitor advertising, and help test ad copy, creative, landing pages, and audiences. Collaborate with Creative, Analytics, Product, and Martech teams while gaining practical performance marketing experience.
