Own procurement for SaaS, software renewals, and indirect services. Lead vendor negotiations, right-size spending, develop procurement playbooks and approval workflows, build business-case frameworks, maintain vendor spend and contract records, and report savings. Partner with Finance, Legal, Engineering, Accounts Payable, and business teams while applying AI to contract review, benchmarking, spend analysis, and procurement automation.

Leads high-priority strategic projects spanning growth initiatives, new offerings, partnerships, operating cadence, and cross-functional execution. Develops market opportunity frameworks, supports executive decisions with quantitative analysis, and implements AI-enabled workflows and automations. Requires ownership of initiatives from strategy through delivery, strong analytical and communication skills, and experience in strategy, consulting, finance, or business operations.

The Recruiter manages full-cycle recruiting across multiple roles, from intake and sourcing through interviews, offers, and closing. Responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers, building candidate pipelines, conducting screens, maintaining ATS data, monitoring recruiting metrics, ensuring a strong candidate experience, and applying AI tools to improve workflows. The role also supports recruiting operations, process improvements, documentation, and cross-functional HR handoffs.
