Lead B-Stock's external channel partnership strategy end-to-end: source, structure, negotiate, and manage partnerships with technology platforms, SaaS providers, 3PLs, returns infrastructure, and data partners to drive new seller supply and measurable GMV growth. Build programs, frameworks, and reporting; close complex deals and coordinate cross-functional teams to activate partnerships.

Identify and qualify inbound and outbound leads, execute high-volume prospecting across phone, email, and LinkedIn, maintain CRM hygiene in Salesforce and Outreach, schedule sales-ready meetings for Account Executives, and hit monthly/quarterly targets while leveraging coaching to improve conversion and pipeline quality.

Lead product growth for buyer features—own GTM strategy, drive feature adoption, define metrics, partner with Product and Analytics, brief Lifecycle Marketing, run experiments, track post-launch performance, and build product growth roadmaps to increase platform engagement and retention.
