Design, implement, maintain, and optimize IT infrastructure including identity management, VDI, cloud, networking, and security. Provide technical support, documentation, on-call coverage, and project execution while mentoring frontline IT staff and ensuring regulatory recordkeeping and data protection.

Support design, delivery, and continuous improvement of a business lending platform. Own specific product modules across the loan lifecycle, gather requirements, write user stories, manage sprints in Jira, coordinate testing and vendor integrations, and use data to monitor KPIs, adoption, and product improvements while ensuring compliance and cross-functional alignment.

Serve as strategic advisor to the COO leading enterprise strategy execution, PMO oversight, cross-functional initiatives, governance, operating model design, shared services (including India GCC), and transformational programs to drive operational excellence and scalable growth. Prepare executive materials, monitor portfolio health, and represent the COO in governance forums.
