Responsibilities include cloud architecture, Kubernetes and infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD, identity and security, compliance, reliability, incident management, developer tooling, and AI/ML infrastructure. This senior individual contributor mentors engineers, shapes technical roadmaps, drives GitOps and self-service platforms, and supports model serving, observability, and AI-assisted engineering practices.

Build and maintain cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes platforms, security controls, observability, and developer tooling for a regulated lending platform. Support infrastructure-as-code, GitOps, incident response, reliability, compliance, and cloud operations across AWS, Azure, and GCP. Integrate AI-assisted engineering tools and support ML/AI workloads, including model serving and inference monitoring. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to platform architecture and technical roadmaps.

Supports purchasing and vendor setup processes, including collecting documentation, configuring vendors in ERP systems, creating purchase orders, obtaining quotes, and routing approvals. Coordinates with Accounts Payable, Vendor Management, Security, Legal, and Compliance teams. Maintains procurement records, contracts, and renewals; supports audits, reporting, vendor spend tracking, internal controls, and workflow improvements.
